Operating procedures:

4. Driving and lifting should not be carried out at the same time.

5. Pay attention to whether the sound of the drive system and the steering system is normal. If any abnormal sound is found, the fault should be eliminated in time. It is strictly forbidden to work while sick.

6. Slow down in advance when changing.

7. When working on poor road conditions, the importance should be appropriately reduced, and the driving speed should be reduced.

Precautions:

1. The weight of the goods must be known before lifting, and the weight of the goods must not exceed the rated lifting capacity of the forklift.

2. When lifting and packing goods, pay attention to whether the goods are wrapped firmly.

3. Adjust the distance between the forks according to the size of the goods, so that the goods are evenly distributed between the two forks to avoid unbalanced load.

4. When the goods are inserted into the cargo pile, the mast should be tilted forward. After the goods are loaded into the fork, the mast should be tilted backward, so that the goods are close to the fork wall, and the goods can be lowered as much as possible before driving.

5. When lifting goods, it should generally be carried out in a vertical position.

6. During manual loading and unloading, the hand brake must be used to stabilize the fork.

7. Walking and lifting are not allowed to operate at the same time.

8. When carrying goods on steep roads, pay attention to the firmness of the goods on the forks.
