The electric pallet stacker is a kind of storage equipment that uses battery power as the energy source and the motor as the power source. The main structure includes: battery, motor, hydraulic pump, oil cylinder, piston rod, fork, chain, controller and other devices.

Its main function is to lift heavy objects to the desired height. It is generally used in warehouses, workshops and other places that require logistics handling. Using it with pallets can greatly improve the efficiency of storage. Therefore, the electric stacker is also called the electric pallet stacker. Electric stackers are divided into two categories: full electric stackers and semi-electric stackers.

Operation methods:

1. Driving Before driving the vehicle, check the working conditions of the brakes and the pump station, and ensure that the battery is fully charged. Hold the joystick with both hands, and force the vehicle to drive slowly towards the work goods. If you want to stop, you can use the hand brake or foot brake to stop the vehicle

2. Unloading

(1) When the fork is at a low position, keep it vertical to the shelf, carefully approach the shelf and then insert it into the bottom of the pallet.

(2) Return the stacker to let the fork move out of the pallet

(3) Raise the fork to the required height, slowly move to the pallet to be unloaded, and at the same time ensure that the fork can easily enter the pallet and the goods are in the safe position of the fork

(4) Lift the forks until the pallet is lifted from the rack

(5) Slowly retreat in the channel

(6) Slowly lower the goods while ensuring that the forks do not touch obstacles during the lowering process

Note: During the lifting process of the cargo, the steering and brake operations must be slow and careful.

3. Stacking

(1) Keep the goods low and approach the shelves carefully

(2) Lift the goods to the top of the shelf plane

(3) Slowly move forward, stop when the goods are above the shelf, put down the pallet at this point and pay attention that the fork does not apply force to the shelf under the goods to ensure that the goods are in a safe position

(4) Slowly retreat and ensure that the pallet is in a stable position

(5) Lower the fork to the position where the stacker truck can drive

4. Safety facilities

(1) Main switch: power main switch

(2) Foot brake: reliable parking brake

(3) Limiting valve: control the descending speed

(4) Pressure limiting valve: control load

(5) Protective net: protect the driver

5. Prohibited items

(1) It is forbidden to operate a semi-electric stacker after drinking

(2) Prohibition of overloading, uneven and flat stacking of goods

(3) Prohibition of straddle operation

(4) Parking on ramps or steps is prohibited.
