Operating Principle

The door frame or fork frame of the electric reach truck can move back and forth, of which the door frame refers to the operation of the door frame drives the fork forward, extends outside the front wheel to fork or put down the goods, and when walking, the fork takes the goods back, so that the center of gravity of the goods is in the support surface; The fork forward forklift means that the shelf drives the fork forward to move outside the front wheel for operation, and the fork rack drives the fork to retract to the support plane when walking. The forward fork lift truck has two forward legs, the legs are higher, the front end of the legs have two wheels, the role of the legs is to ensure the stability of the forklift truck when the load is loaded. Compared with the plug-in leg forklift, the front wheel is larger, the leg is higher, and the leg can not be inserted into the bottom of the goods during operation, and the door frame can move along the track inside the leg with the whole lifting mechanism, so that the cargo fork can be retracted after slightly lifting a height to ensure the stability of the forklift during operation. Operation Cautions

(1) Special attention should be paid to the timely charging of the battery and the correct maintenance of the battery in the use of the forward lift truck. When charging the battery, pay attention to the method, which should not only make the battery fully charged, but also cause the battery to overcharge.

(2) In the operation of the electric reach truck, try to use a long distance acceleration as little as possible, when the vehicle starts, the speed increases, stabilize the accelerator pedal, such as the road conditions are good, the vehicle will continue to accelerate. When the vehicle needs to slow down, relax the accelerator pedal and gently step on the brake pedal, so that the energy of deceleration can be fully utilized. If the vehicle has regenerative braking function, the kinetic energy of deceleration can be recovered. When the vehicle is going down the ramp, do not disconnect the circuit of the driving motor, and gently press the brake pedal to make the vehicle run in the regenerative braking state, and use the kinetic energy of the vehicle to reduce the energy consumption of the battery.

(3) In the operation of the vehicle, do not mistake the direction switch of "forward and backward" as the steering switch. Unless an emergency deceleration is required, do not press the brake pedal directly to the end. During the use of the vehicle, when the battery is found to be insufficient (which can be obtained through the electricity meter, power deficit indicator light and other alarm devices), the battery should be charged as soon as possible to prevent excessive discharge of the battery.
