NEOlift heavy-duty diesel forklifts are about to be shipped to the Middle East. With a rated load of 20 tons, a lifting height of 4 meters, a two-stage mast, side-shifter and fork positioner, and a closed cab with air conditioning, it can work in complex working conditions.

1.Body system The body system adopts a large arc and streamlined shape; the structure is novel and the layout is reasonable, freeing up space as much as possible, facilitating maintenance and repair, and adopting a frame structure with higher reliability; the cab adopts a tipping structure, which greatly increases the maintenance space; the cab is bonded with a large area of safety glass, which expands the operator's field of vision and increases the safety of the whole machine. 

2.Chassis configuration 

1)The engine uses Yuchai diesel engine, which has high power and low energy consumption. The engine accessories are special parts to ensure the normal use and maintenance of the engine. 

2)The gearbox uses Sanchi gearbox. The gearbox uses multiple control programs integrated into one control component, which can easily realize various control operations, and is equipped with a fault diagnosis instrument, which greatly simplifies maintenance and maintenance. 

3)The drive axle uses Hande drive axle. The bridge load and braking torque are large, safe and reliable; the brake is a multi-plate fully enclosed wet brake, which is dustproof and waterproof, maintenance-free, and highly reliable. 

3. Hydraulic system The multi-way valve is a multi-way reversing valve with pilot control with priority steering. The operating handle is separated from the multi-way valve, which can realize remote control, easy and comfortable operation, good safety performance, and reduce the driver's operating fatigue. 

4. Lifting system The gantry is sturdy and durable, with a good field of view; the fork adopts a rolling structure to reduce the resistance of the cargo when the side shifting and adjusting the distance; the compound side shifting and adjusting distance fork does not need to be equipped with a side shifter. The cylinder seal is imported and has excellent sealing performance. 

5. Electrical system The electrical system adopts an integrated board structure, which saves space and increases reliability; it adopts aviation plug-ins, which are waterproof and anti-corrosion; it adopts dual-purpose air conditioning to provide a comfortable working environment for the operator. Multi-level safety protection is adopted for the engine, gearbox, and hydraulic system to improve the safety of the entire vehicle.
